How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK. International shipping times vary by location but generally arrive within 7-14 business days.
Do you offer free samples with orders?
We love letting you try new things! Every order includes a selection of free K-beauty samples, subject to availability, so you can discover your next favorite product.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Many of our brands are strictly cruelty-free and do not test on animals. You can filter our collections by 'Cruelty-Free' to find products that align with your values.
How can I track my order?
